Does anyone know if the front coil springs for a DD51 will fit the DA63T? I'm having a hard time finding the 300 lb coils for the DA63T and was told that the DD51 coils will fit.
So contrary to popular belief, HD front springs give you 0 lift. They may improve ride height but your not actually getting "Lift" meaning the suspension will still move down right to where it could stock when cycling. The only way to get true lift is with a lift kit
The springs a bit too wide so you just have to be careful installing them to make sure they fit tight in the struts. No one makes them as they typically come out of China and you have to buy 100's if not 1000's of pieces at a time to make the $'s work. The market for the older trucks is well established while the DA63 market is still in its infancy so no one seems to want to take the plunge to change something a couple of MM's
Yes they will fit with some minor adjustments. I typically stuck with the 250lb coils on the DA63 as they fit a bit better and 300's really aren't that necessary unless your running a huge front bumper/winch plow type setup
Ok great! Thanks for the clarification. :)

Last one... any front lift height difference between using the heavy duty springs versus the 250 lb coils?
Amazing! Thanks so much for that info :)

Thanks! Any insight on the "minor adjustments" that are needed? I wonder why I can't find any DA63T specific springs anywhere.
